Found in the fish area. In one of the Penguin puzzles, it can be found above a candle in a hidden path blocked by Stalagmites and Stalactites which can be broken with the Yoyo or Disk. You can dispatch the ghost using a Firecrackers, the Lantern or by lighting the Candle.
