Stalactites are the counterparts of Stalagmites, the main difference is that they point down instead of up. Stalactites harm the Player on contact and slightly knocks them back. They can be broken with Tools like the Yoyo, Disc, Top and K. Ball.
Do not confuse them with Metal Spikes.
Variants
There are two different kinds:
- Normal stalactite: just hurts the player and knocks them back, can be broken.
- Large stalactite: takes several tool hits to knock them down, after which they can be used as platforms. It is possible to destroy it completely after knocking it down by striking it several times with a tool.
