Requires unlocking a gate by pressing a Button at the bottom of the dog elevator (path to the button is hidden by vines). Then you need to go to the other side of the well shaft from the lizard area, where you'll be able to get past the formerly shut gate. Use the Top on the earth to reveal the chest.
