An egg mixed with the Ying and Yang.
Location
Can be found below the Capybara baths, to the left, in the same room with a chest containing a key. Have the Chinchilla hold down the button on the lower left to keep the Trapdoor open so you can climb up. Where the chest for the key was, there are vines that hide a path to the left and a hidden chest on the right.
