Can be found in the lizard area. One room south of the Capybara baths and two screens left. Have the Chinchilla move to you and stand on its head, then throw Firecrackers to your right to scare it toward the left. Then you'll have access to the chest.
Hidden path on the upper left side of the room, behind the vines.
