Location
On the way to the dog part of the map in the upper left zone of the map.
Can be accessed in several ways:
- You can simply use the B. Wand to get there.
- You can also access it from a Fish Head Pipe.
- You can also ride the Disc.
You can get up here using tools.
You can get here using tools or finding the other end of the pipe.
