Location
In the dog area in the upper left zone of the map. Go through the purple dog tunnels and exit on the side with the blue dog. Climb the ladder and get across to the left room. You'll find a screen with a skull-shape in the middle. Throw a Firecracker between the two Chinchillas so they press both buttons at the same time.
