Location
Dog area, right above a Door locked by a Key, a path hidden behind vines.
Drop the Slink at the top of the staircase and use the Winch to raise the block to make a path. Then rush down and navigate the little maze and reach the other Winch and raise the other block to finish the path. Then move right when the way opens.
