The E. Medal or Eel Medal opens the gate at the Eel Statue.
Location
Can be found after using a Fish Head Pipe found behind the Gate that opens after lighting up all the Candles using Matches.
There is a hidden Winch to the right of the room, which can be used to pull up a platform with the chest on it.
