Location
In the lizard area, it is located in room hidden above the Porcupine grid cage, behind vines right on top of the cage. You have to solve a simple puzzle involving a Porcupine and a Hummingbird. You need to make the Porcupine fall into the Toggle Blocks using either a Firecracker or the Yoyo. Then you need to use the switch to make it fall into part of the next Toggle Blocks so it hits all the Buttons. The last Button requires toggling the Switch twice, one to make the Porcupine fall off and another to make it tangible. The Hummingbird is just there to prevent you from using Bubbles to reach the buttons, but it's possible to use Bubbles if you spam the B. B. Wand and the Hummingbird will react by displaying a bubble over his head (possibly a hint to a secret or just censored insults).
Above the cage is a hidden path covered in vines.
