A white egg that looks upside down.
Location
It can be found in the dog zone in the upper left area of the map. Two rooms down there is a blue dog. The room below has a bunch of Toggle Block platforms with Switches. The switches affect the toggle blocks that are on the way to the chest, so if they are in the wrong state, just toggle a lever. You can climb to the room using infinite bubble jumps.
