Switch

Not to be confused with a lever.

A switch in the left position

The switch is a binary device. It is either set to the left or to the right. The player can change state of switches by interacting with them directly or using tools. Switches always toggle toggle blocks.

Switching any switch switches every switch on the map to that direction. After dying switches are reset to the state they had from when the game was last saved. Switches default to the left position when starting a new game.

Interactions

• The player can walk up to the switch and interact with it to toggle its state.
• The disc, yoyo, top and B. ball can toggle switches, if they hit them from the correct side.
• The yoyo can toggle switches back in the opposite direction if it is recast while still out.
• A receiver linked with the switch will change its state if the remote is activated.
