Find the room with the two monkey-like creatures that throw rocks at you. The chest is hidden in the tall grass to the right.

You can access this room while exiting the Kangaroo hidden passages containing the Plant Egg after obtaining the B. Ball, you can blow up the wall leading to this room using the Detonator. You can also find a hidden passage from the left, in one of the lizard area's slink button puzzle rooms.
