The S medal (snake medal) is a medal in Animal Well. It opens the gate at the Snake statue in the starting area of the map.
Passing the gate gives access to the Ice Egg and the remote tool.

Left of the room with the first chameleon hostile encounter, after the chameleon near the V. flame has been defeated.
