A moving blue smiley ghost

Blue ghosts are a type of ghost in Animal Well. They usually reside in a room with one of those face pillars in the near-foreground they will chase the player and can be destroyed by light. The ghost will only appear if the player is reachable from the ghosts spawn point. toggle blocks can thus prevent a ghost from appearing. A lit candle permanently prevents the ghosts from spawning.

Stationary ghosts surround the player

Ghost blocks are blue ghosts which are stationary in rooms with a high amount of face pillars in the near-foreground. They can be repelled by the lantern. More of them appear in some screens after obtaining flames.
